The Teaching WEB:
Weaving EE into the Classroom

The Teaching WEB (Teaching With Eagle Bluff) is an effort to provide resources for teachers to integrate environmental education and their Eagle Bluff residential experience into their own classrooms. For teachers participating in the Teaching WEB, Eagle Bluff, in partnership with the Jeffers Foundation provides specially designed pre/post-visit classroom activities that correlate to our classes, continuing education credit, and
a monetary stipend for participation.
Participation Details:
| 1. Register with Eagle Bluff as a participating Teaching WEB teacher by emailing your intent to participate. Approved teachers agree to utilize pre- or post-activities in their classroom AND participate in their school's residential trip to Eagle Bluf. |

- Email education@eagle-bluff.org with your contact information including school name, grade level/subject taught, years of teaching; and the dates of your Eagle Bluff visit.

| 2. Before your trip to Eagle Bluff download the online pre/post-visit classroom activities that complement your Eagle Bluff classes (At this time, only Ecology and Nature Identification activities are eligible for the program). NOTE: Implementing the FoodWISE program is also an approved Teaching WEB activity. Once the FoodWISE program has been implemented in your school, complete the Reporting Form to the best of your ability. |

| 3. With your students, utilize at least one pre/post-visit classroom activity. Download the reporting form submit to Eagle Bluff with the results of the activity. |

| 4. Upon receipt of your reporting form, Eagle Bluff will mail you, the teacher, a check for $200.00. |
