Whether you need banquet space, meeting space, or overnight retreat space, Eagle Bluff has the facilities for you! Our facilities available for
rental include:
Banquet Dining Hall
A large scenic space featuring:
- Full service dining
- A full complement of dinnerware
- Dance floor
- Sound system
- Capacity: 250

Schroeder Building
A cozy setting for small groups featuring:
- Hickory Room: Offers a fireplace, AV screen, meeting tables with comfortable chairs, and a small kitchenette.
- Ash Room: Offers AV screen, meeting table and chairs, connected to a USDA-approved kitchen for groups who want an option to cook themselves. Please note that Eagle Bluff does not allow outside caterers. This room has a divider and is able to be converted into two smaller rooms

Discovery Center
The Discovery Center Classroom Building was added to our campus in 2000. This building is where all of our classes begin before heading outdoors or where many groups meet for conferences and workshops. The DC features:
- A ’70 x ’70 auditorium with a
capacity of 250, a vaulted ceiling,
stage, and large projecting area
- Ten Multi-purpose Classrooms
- Internet Access
- Indoor Rock Climbing Wall
- Indoor Archery Range
- Attached Greenhouse

Scenic Overlook
A beautiful site for a wedding ceremony or simply for moments of quiet solitude. The Overlook is located along the Dorothy Austin Limited Mobility Trail. Set on a limstone bluff overlooking the Root River, the scenic overlook offers a wonderful view through the year. Note: To reserve the scenic overlook, groups must already be utilizing the Dining Hall, Dorm or Discovery Center Facilities.
