Why should all the fun of learning in nature's classroom be left to youth? Adults are just as excited about learning in and about the oudoors, so Eagle Bluff ELC has created programs for the young at heart and curious in mind!

Compasses Decoded
Clueless about how to use that compass in your cloest? This seminar will allow you to put that piece fo equipment to good use! Participants will use snowshoes and compasses to navigate our orienteering course. Reading a compass is a life skill that anyone can do! Compasses and Snowshoes will be provided. |

The latest technology craze has hit Eagle Bluff and we're excited to share the fun! During this seminar, participants will learn how to use handheld GPS units. Once the basics are down, it is off to find our hidden caches. The sport of geocaching is one to get hooked on! GPS units will be provided. |

Root River Canoe Tour
Wading Great Blue Herons, swimming Brook Trout, and the historic Root River Hydroelectric Plant are just a few of the things you'll have the opportunity to see on the Canoe Tour! Eagle Bluff staff will demonstrate all the necessary canoe strokes before you hit the water and will be with you on the river to answer whatever questions arise. Eagle Bluff will provide canoes, paddles, and PFD's for the canoe tour. |
