Applicant Eligibility:
Applicants will be selected for interviews based upon how well the following criteria are met:

-Education:
	1. Bachelor’s Degree - Natural History, Education, Science degree or concentration preferred 2. Certifications - Teaching, Environmental Education, EMS 3. Other experiences - NOLS, Outward Bound, internships, etc.
-Experience:
	1. Naturalist or Interpreter 2. Work with children 3. Leadership experience (camp counselor, trip leader, etc.) 4. "Outdoor" organization involvements 5. Research project in natural history
-Responses to application questions:
	1. Attitude 2. Desire to work with children 3. Professionalism 4. Motivation 5. Strengths 6. Limitations
-References (personal and professional)

To Apply:

1. Submit a completed application form, resume, most current college transcript (unofficial acceptable), and the contact information for at least three references (Fellowship Coordinator will then contact your references). *Alternatively, you may instead contact your references in advance and they may complete and submit the reference form.

2. Once all materials and references are received, your application will be processed and it will be determined whether or not you qualify for the interview process. Interviews begin in February/March and continue until all positions are filled. Most interviews are done by telephone, although personal interviews are welcome.

3. Applications are accepted year-round and kept on an active waiting list for one year.
