Food & Special Diets
Meals are served cafeteria style in our Dining Hall. We offer a main entree, a selection of side dishes, salad bar, and fresh fruit for each lunch and dinner. At breakfast, an entree and a side, as well as fresh fruit and cereal are available.
Our kitchen staff are friendly and approachable and students and adults are encouraged to talk with our staff as they go through the line. Let our our food service staff know if you'd like to try a small amount of one of the dishes or if you would like to pass. Our dining hall motto is:

 As a reflection of our dining hall motto, each visiting group participates in the FoodWISE program. Each school is given a threshold goal for food waste and their own cart in order to collect uneaten food scraps. Students collect the food that is not eaten and weighs it. That amount is recorded and the food scraps composted on-site. If a school is successful in meeting its food waste goal they may earn Eagle Eye points and a spot on the coveted Golden CeanPlate! PLEASE NOTE: Our kitchen staff are able to accommodate most people with special dietary needs. It is necessary to communicate any medically diagnosed dietary conditions or needs of anyone in your group BEFORE your arrival at Eagle Bluff. Contact our Residential School Coordinator if someone from your group needs a vegetarian or vegan meal, or if they have a diagnosed dietary condition such as a life-threatening allergy or intolerance. Once at Eagle Bluff, students and adult chaperones with dietary conditions must identify themselves to our Dining Hall staff at meals.
